Q1: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: (1) Usually our MOQ is 500 pieces, some need thousands. (2) We also accept lower quantity for your trial order. (3) We recommend that you order more than 1 container (20 feet, 40 feet, 40HC feet) to get a more favorable price.
Q2: How does your factory conduct quality control?
A: (1) We have special personnel to monitor the production process to ensure the quality of products. (2) We will send quality report included product pictures, packages etc to customer before shipment to sure everything is ok.
Q3. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in inner box and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q4. What is your sample policy?
A: Normally the samples will be ready for delivery in 5-10 days. We can supply the free sample. We can also make samples as your design. but the customers have to pay the express cost.
Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 45 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Regular order can be delivered within 15 days
Q6: About freight:
The shipping cost depends on your quantity and shipping address. Please inform us and we will check the detailed cost for you. If you have your own freight forwarder in China, you can also ask us to send the goods to them.
Q7: How about our payment terms:
Usually 30% deposit for goods, balance after receipt copy of shipping documents. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance . T/T, L/C, Western Union and Hong Kong account
Q8: What certificate do you have?
A: We have FSC, LFGB, SEDEX, BSCI, ISO9001, etc. If you need and the quantity is okay, we can apply for any certificate.
