Our core material consists of high-density (80 kg/m³) fiberglass wool, which has undergone eco-friendly treatment and edge-hardening processes to create a fully encapsulated structure that prevents fiber shedding. Clients may select from a variety of acoustic fabric finishes and shapes—including flat panels, cubes, cylinders, cones, and spheres—to suit their specific needs. Available system thicknesses (panel + air cavity) include 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm. The material is non-combustible under open flame exposure. We meticulously select our internal fiberglass wool cores, which are then crafted using mature, artisanal manufacturing processes to ensure superior quality. The material is non-absorbent—it draws virtually no moisture from the air—and exhibits excellent hydrophobic properties. It offers superior sound absorption and noise reduction capabilities, effectively blocking the transmission of sound; furthermore, it is easy to install and can be cut to any desired shape. Widely applicable, this product serves as an ideal material for thermal insulation, heat shielding, and sound absorption in buildings, pipelines, distillation towers, and various other industrial facilities. These polyester fiber acoustic panels are fire-resistant, impact-resistant, and sound-absorbing; they are available in a wide array of colors and standard specifications, ensuring high quality and reliability. Featuring fire-retardant, eco-friendly, and impact-resistant properties, the panels can be finished with various surface treatments—such as fabric or leather facings—and are available in custom specifications to meet specific project requirements.
